These terms cover your use of simplesell.xyz, our application and contact forms, support tickets, creator shops and the SimpleSell creator portal (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. About these terms

SimpleSell Agency ("SimpleSell", "we", "us") provides management services to verified adult creators. Those services are governed by a separate written management agreement between SimpleSell and each creator. If anything in these terms conflicts with your management agreement, the management agreement wins.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, and an adult where you live, to use the Services, apply, or hold a portal account. Every creator we work with is age- and identity-verified before onboarding. We do not accept applications from minors, we remove any data we learn came from a minor, and we report suspected exploitation of minors to the relevant authorities.

3. Applications

Applying is free and doesn't create any agreement or obligation for you or us. We review every application but may decline any of them without giving a reason. The information you give us must be accurate and about you.

4. Creator portal accounts

  • Portal accounts are invite-only and personal to you. Don't share your sign-in details.
  • You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at hello@simplesell.xyz if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • We may suspend or disable an account if these terms are broken, to protect you or others, or when our working relationship ends.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

  • break any law, or help anyone else do so;
  • impersonate someone or give false information about yourself;
  • submit, share or link to content involving minors, or content made or shared without everyone's consent. We have zero tolerance for this and will report it;
  • try to access other people's accounts or data, probe or disrupt our systems, or get around security measures;
  • use our forms, tickets or email addresses to send spam, harassment or malware.

Adult content is only allowed inside creator shops, behind the 18+ check, and only from verified creators under the rules in section 6. Don't send explicit material through our forms or support tickets.

6. Creator shops and purchases

For buyers

  • 18+ only. You must be an adult to enter a shop or buy anything, and it must be legal for you to view this content where you live.
  • Crypto payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider (NOWPayments). Each order gets a one-time deposit address. Send the exact amount, coin and network shown on your order page. Crypto sent to the wrong address, coin or network, or after the order expires, may be lost and can't always be recovered.
  • Payments go to the creator. Once your payment confirms, the provider converts it and sends it straight to the creator's own wallet. SimpleSell does not hold your funds.
  • Delivery. "Instant download" items are delivered as soon as payment confirms. "Made for you" items are delivered personally by the creator. If one isn't delivered within 7 days of payment, contact us and we'll work with the creator to deliver it or arrange a refund.
  • All sales are final once content is delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
  • Personal use only. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to view what you buy. Sharing, reselling, uploading or leaking it is not allowed. Files may carry identifiers so leaks can be traced, and we may close orders or report people who break this rule.

For creators

  • You may only sell content you made, that shows only verified adults who consented to it being made and sold, and that you have every right to sell. We keep identity and consent records for everyone who appears.
  • No content involving minors (or anyone who looks like a minor in a sexual context), non-consensual or hidden-camera content, violence, bestiality, incest themes, or anything illegal where you or the buyer live.
  • Every product is reviewed by SimpleSell before it goes live, and we can remove any product or shop at any time. Shop previews must be safe for work.
  • You choose and control your payout wallet. You're responsible for its address being correct, and for your own taxes. SimpleSell's commission is set out in your management agreement and billed separately.

7. Brands and talent requests

Talent and partnership requests sent through the contact form are enquiries only and don't bind either side. Any booking or campaign needs a separate written agreement and is always subject to the creator's consent, their boundaries and the rules of the platforms involved.

8. Content and ownership

Creators keep full ownership of their content. We only use it as allowed in their management agreement. The SimpleSell name, logo, website design, text and visuals belong to SimpleSell and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

9. Leak and takedown support

Where a creator authorises us, we submit takedown and removal requests to sites hosting leaked content. Results depend on those third parties and the law where they operate, so we can't guarantee that content will be removed or stay removed.

10. No guaranteed results

Every creator's results are different. Figures, examples and projections on our website or in our conversations are illustrations, not promises. We don't guarantee any level of followers, sales or earnings.

11. Third-party platforms

SimpleSell is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any platform mentioned on our website, including OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon and NOWPayments. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, which you remain responsible for following.

12. Liability

We work hard to keep the Services available and accurate, but they're provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, SimpleSell is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

13. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the Services at any time. To close your portal account, email hello@simplesell.xyz and we'll delete it as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access to the Services if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and tell creators with a portal account by email if the change is significant. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where SimpleSell is established, and disputes will be handled by its courts. If you're a consumer, you also keep any protections that the law where you live gives you and that can't be excluded.
